What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty is 2 years from commissioning or 30 months from delivery, whichever occurs first. Extended warranty options and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available. Our lifecycle services team provides support throughout the transformer's operational life.
Our warranty programme reflects our confidence in manufacturing quality and our commitment to long-term customer relationships.
Standard Warranty: 2 years from date of commissioning or 30 months from date of delivery (EXW), whichever occurs first. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions as specified in the technical data sheet.
Extended Warranty: Available for 3, 5, or 10 years. Extended warranties include periodic condition monitoring (oil analysis, thermal imaging) performed by our lifecycle services team. This proactive approach catches potential issues before they escalate.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Comprehensive maintenance programmes covering preventive maintenance, oil analysis (DGA), thermal imaging, partial discharge testing, and emergency response. AMCs can be structured as fixed-price annual contracts or per-visit arrangements.
Warranty Conditions
- Transformer must be installed and commissioned as per our installation guide
- Operating conditions must not exceed nameplate ratings
- Any third-party modifications void the warranty
- Oil samples must be taken at commissioning for baseline DGA
Lifecycle Support: Beyond warranty, our service team supports transformers throughout their 25–40 year operational life. Services include retrofilling (mineral oil to ester conversion), winding replacement, tank refurbishment, and complete overhaul.
