    Do you provide on-site maintenance and repair services?

    Yes. Our lifecycle services division offers installation supervision, commissioning, preventive maintenance, oil analysis, repairs (on-site and factory), retrofilling (mineral oil to ester conversion), and 24/7 emergency response. We service transformers of any make or model.

    ETS's Lifecycle Services division provides comprehensive support from installation through to end-of-life, regardless of transformer manufacturer. Our field service teams are deployed across the GCC, East Africa, and have project-based capabilities in North America and South Asia.

    Installation & Commissioning

    • Receiving inspection and damage assessment
    • Oil filling, processing, and degassing
    • Electrical testing (ratio, IR, PI, winding resistance)
    • Energisation supervision and load acceptance
    • Commissioning report with baseline measurements

    Preventive Maintenance

    • Annual inspection and maintenance per IEEE C57.12.00 / IEC 60076
    • Oil sampling and DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) interpretation
    • Thermal imaging of bushings, connections, and radiators
    • Partial discharge screening
    • Tap changer maintenance and contact inspection
